I just started playing this game and let me just say wow. I've just started the 2nd dungeon, and its everything you'd expect from Zelda (Side Quests, Goofy Characters, Sweet items, and plot twists!).
This game doesn't have the best graphics, but its good in a DS way. The game seems similar to wind waker, but now you can sail anywhere in the world by drawing a route on your sea chart.
The new stylist system is awesome! You don't use any buttons to control link! Its all made with the stylist. You draw a line on the interactive DS screen to slash your sword, and point to a spot where you want to run/attack. I was a little worried this was going to be difficult but it gives real strategy when playing.
You must keep your eyes in the game or your gunna get pwned. Due to the stylist system this game is much harder, I've died already 5 times compared to 0 on twilight princess (Good game, a little too easy). The game gives you hard clues and you can write notes on your map. You can scan areas with your boomerang or draw all over the screen to make it go nuts! I haven't gotten that far, but I'm guessing only better things will come ahead.
There is also a battle mode that I haven't messed with yet, I'll post what I think about later once I try it.
I would highly recommend this is a must have for any DS owner! Last edited by Ricardhighwind on October 29, 2007 |

Its like Wind Waker, the story line is the Zelda in WW gets taken away by a ghost ship, and its your job to find her, believe me, this game rules. The stylist seems weird, I know, I had my doubts, you use some buttons (Like L or R to use your special weapons) But seriously, this game flows really well. The stylist system isn't bad at all, it works. At first is strange but you get used to it, and it really adds to the adventure. |
