We wrote an article on this a couple months ago! Where were you?

But yeah, the list is rather impressive; on first glance, the only significant omissions are ones Uematsu and Sakimoto.

Not sure if you guys already caught this, but there are a few sound samples on the website (and more on the way, it seems). I found the Ridley Fight arrangement to be quite nice, but the Yoshi's Story sample is eargasmic! Looks like that stage is finally getting some audio justice... I never cared much for its BGM in the previous games.

I love the variety of the list, by the way... Even if I don't recognize half the names.

just got here. awesome forums.

Wow, there's an amazing Zelda music sample on the website now. Arranged by none other than Michiko Naruke (known for her mastery over Wild ARMs)! I'd call it eargasmic again, but I used that term in my last post, and perhaps it's an understatement anyway. Lovin' the Song of Storms and Song of Time segments.

Uematsu is doing the main theme.

That's right, I remember now.

So where the hell is Sakimoto?

Perhaps Sakimoto will pop out of nowhere and blow everyone else out of the water with an astounding theme for the Master Hand stage.

Also, looks like Koji Hayama knows the true meaning of gangster.

But where's Yoshitaka Hirota to add random banging on metal objects in his songs?

It was already announced that Yoshitaka Hirota would be joining Akira Yamaoka and Motoshi Sakriboto in remixing the Tetris theme using frying pans and soup spoons as percussion instruments. It's like teh old news already, sheesh.
