Ehrfurchtig means honourable, more or less (Ehr = honour, furchten = to submit to, be afraid of, etc)

I am intrigued by said link's ability to translate Japanese. VERY interested.

Translation litterally: "I like (prefer) raw rice." Not too bad, the word for rice is totally wrong, but hey, it's crap loads better than most. It's no substitute for real knowledge, but as always with Google, I am impressed. Although that was quite a suprise.

An amusing note: putting the same Japanese sentence back into Google gives 'I like the United States.' Good to know that it's still in BETA...

First off german is awesome. Second of all the only thing Japenese has to do with german is that they are both Languages. Oh well I guess thats the point of a forum... To chat moronically chat with people half way around the world that you will never hear more of a username from, oh and we must not forget: learn things about these people you wouldn't want to know about even the people closest too you. Oh hell with it its fun! :P

That's not all they have to do with each other! They are also both languages spoken by countries that were once axis powers :)
