Goodbye.

Good luck with your decent site and extremely poor forums.

Rahul, it's people like you that make me sick.

one last thing.

If you dare to find out if you have a higher IQ than I do, message me on AIM, YIM, or MSN.
Pick any IQ test on the net.

and Rahul, tell the netherlands i'm sorry they're idiots, and slaves to their country's news media. Try thinking for yourself, and not being an idiot who just follows what everyone around him/her thinks.

Ah, anybody who disagrees with you is an idiot.

Oh, teenagers. Btw, I'm half French, does that make me a coward?

I can waggle my cock around and go "Lookit me an my high IQ, zomg ur dubm" and let my own oversized "We're # 1" hand make me think that that somehow makes it true.

But I'm not a whiny dramatic bitch about it. Enjoy your opinions. But it takes a special breed of idiot that will insult another country (and most of the time the offender's never met a single person of said country) over forum debates.

Veszerin, I haven't followed your forum posts, but every one I've seen has struck me as un-necessarily dramatic and opinionated to the point of being a boorish hyper-aggressor.

PS - "tell the netherlands i'm sorry they're idiots, and slaves to their country's news media. Try thinking for yourself, and not being an idiot who just follows what everyone around him/her thinks." made me laugh in real life, because of the astonishing irony.

Yes, but only half as much of one. ;)

Anyways, I love when people get all upset about people disagreeing with them on the internet. It makes for a good read, and I appreciate the fact that he felt so strongly in his stereotypes that he told two different nations that they're idiots. Hell, I'm an American and I definitely understand why other countries get the idea that all Americans are idiots... *sigh*

So, while I was born here in the United States, my family tree branches off into Germany, Norway, & there's a little French-Canadian thrown in there somewhere... So, does that make me a Drunk Fascist Viking?

Nope, I'm a resident Chocobo.

haha, Drunk Fascist Viking. Most excellent.

Sorry about the French Canadian. That sucks.

Yeah, it was pretty ironic. I'd think the Netherlands is one of the countries least likely to be "slaves to their country's news media" in the Western hemisphere, even. It's almost as if he was cracking a sarcastic joke!

I just noticed my title's been changed... *sigh* It's cool though...

I think the US relies far too heavily on our 'news' sources... They're skewed one way or the other, whether it be religiously/politically/or through stupidity... If I see something on the news regarding hot-button topics, I take it with a grain of salt and go check out other sources of information, to see if there's another side to the story that was 'missed' by the media I was watching it on... That is, if I care to anyways... Most of the time I blow it off and don't watch the news anymore...

OK, this is my generalized feelings on this, and I'm done...
The president's an idiot, there's ONE war going on that I don't believe in (WMD my ass), that our troops aren't getting the proper gear for, where we're risking their lives to rebuild a society that we stuck our noses into... As for the "war on terror", it's been nearly SIX FUCKING YEARS and we're still having trouble finding ONE fucking person who's on dialysis???? WTF, mate?!

OK, I'm done ranting...
staff

Yes, and we have people like Rahul's boyfriend, Barack Obama, who want to go out and start more wars without a consideration of how bad all of our current wars are going. We can't win a single war, not even a war on stupid drugs.
staff
pixel
Motherfucker, stop being such a goddamn idiot an dmisinterpreting Obama's statements, you're insulting Haven intellect and I know you're smarter than that. I even took the time to explain it to you! Stop being an American ninnypants.
staff
pixel
BUT OBAMA SOUNDS LIKE OSAMA(!!!)
staff
pixel
It would seem that I'm not the only American ninnypants around, considering every single candidate in either party and all the talking heads and think tanks in Washington dismissed Obama's ass-talking and mirrored everything I said about the issue.

At any rate, there's no reason to resort to callous remarks like calling me a "goddamn idiot" over something as trivial as politics. I never called you anything derogatory or resorted to mean-spirited remarks even though I also think you are a European ninnypants and that your boyfriend is a naive moron unfit for office!

PS just because other americans agree with your MISGUIDED NOTIONS!! that obama is not the way to go isn't really supportive of correctness, just supportive of the idea that americans have no clue how to vote

l2vote imo
CTHULHU 2008

Cthulhu 08 is a wise decision, but fuck you for telling me and my fellow constituents how to vote. It's none of your concern, even if the U.S. President has the power to murder you and everyone you love and spiral your sovereign nation and the rest of the world into chaotic oblivion.
staff
pixel
the US president has as much power as China is willing to give it

and fuck YOU for being an american ninnypants whenever i dare to contest your supremacy. it's my responsibility under the guise of "REST OF THE WORLD" to educate americans on what we want them to vote on, since apparently they are unable to educate themselves and make their own wise decisions.
staff
pixel
meh i dont really think americans give a shit what you say or how you want us to vote. your opinion as a mere dutch national doesn't count for anything except for how else you want your government-nanny to coddle you. but if you want to continue your trek of irrelevancy thats fine.
staff
pixel
I'm actually not a Dutch national, so that makes you WOEFULLY MISINFORMED!!! i don't have any voting rights in this country. so my opinion doesn't even count here :-(
staff
pixel
ooooooooic, so you are living vicariously through the U.S. vote. I'll give you my vote, rahul - i'll vote for whoever you want except Barack Obama, Chris Dodd, John Edwards, Rudy Giuliani, Mitt Romney, Mike Gravel, Joe Biden, Sam Brownback, Mike Huckabee, Duncan Hunter, Tom Tancredo, or Cthulhu (who is a viable candidate, but i think i would just be throwing my vote away). Personally, I think we should vote for Lewis Black or Denzel Washington.

Alright, I have been looking on this site a while and came across this message for a while, but have been busy. here goes.
It makes me sick that people cannot have a discussion without senseless name throwning, and what is worse is that he calls himself a Repulblican. Well not all right-wingers are pleased with Bush. I myself did not want to go to war with Iraq because of the simple fact that Bin Laden was not caught. The whole reason we started this "war on terror" was to put his head on a platter. Now, no one alive can say that Saddam was a good human being, but if people like Veszerin would educate themselves before speaking, they would see that most of the reasons why the first Bush chose not take him out in the first gulf war have come true. Besides, after the first war, Saddam might have barked a little bit, but never did he progress to to the level he was at before the first gulf war.
However, I find it hard to see where the point that Bush did not care about LA and MS originates, because if you look at it from the prespective other than a sole Bush hater, you would see that LA did not care about LA and MS on the other hand did care about MS. State governments are put in place to direct these events, but LA's state and local government failed LA. From the beginning, Nagin and Blanco rode this one as another storm that was going to miss, Nagin did not call an evacuation of NO until one day out and Blanco regected federal aid until days after landfall, even though she adamantly blamed the federal government, the secret recording of her saying she wished that she would not have turned down federal aid was enough to seal he fate. However, a almost exact opposite, MS evacuated 3 days before the storm hit. A perfect example of how state governments are supposed to manage a crisis. I wish the same could be said about my home state.
Now, I apologize in advance, but I have to give a big fuck you to Bob. Let me tell you as a member of the LA Air National Guard, we were not in NO to take away anyone's civil liberties. Actually, if you do research on the subject instead of assuming everything, most of the guardsman in the beginning stages of the recovery were not even given weapons, we were there to give out food, water, and medical supplies. Even out of the 200 people posted in the Superdome, only 15 people were given weapons. It progressed this way until the crime rate in NO started sky rocketing and the NOPD stated that they did not have enough manpower to secure the city that the governor autorized a special task force to patrol the city with weapons, and even before this it was the governor that had given the order of a curfew and for officers to do whatever it takes to secure the city, not Bush. And when I was a part of these missions, the citizens loved us. Many times were we invited into the houses of people and feed a home cooked meal or at a restraunt eating and someone would come along and pay our tab. Futhermore, another misconsception of yours is that Bush declared Martial Law. Not even in the hottest times in NO was marshall law ever declared. If it was Martial Law, that would give active duyt troops the ability to posted within the borders of the US.
I want to end this rant on stating that this is not some big pro Bush rant, you can be pro Us but you do not have to be a Bush lover. However I was disgusted that someone with no facts could ever accuse me of such dishonorable acts. Its been fun, peace

Good post - in the future, I'd recommend splitting your big posts into separate paragraphs. People are more likely to read them when they're not big walls of text.

Good to hear from someone who knows what's up; it's a nice break from the kids who only think they know what they're talking about.

As a European viewing the the New Orleans "disaster", all I can say is that I don't really know what happened government-wise but it was certainly an interesting episode in social observation, what with the reports of rape and pillaging and all that.

Don't Blame me, I voted for Kerry...

You failed just as much as the people who voted for bush. Kerry sucked, he was a terrible choice to run for the democrats.

I don't know what to say about politics, everyone always lying and doing secret bullshit. Then again, you can't expect them not to. As far as voting goes, I'm not voting. Not one resent politician has been someone worth voting for. (Hillary? I mean come on..)
