Final Fantasy IV the After: Return of the Moon overview

Final Fantasy IV the After: Return of the Moon synopsis

Once, the people's prayers saved this blue star, and two moons became one as the time passed... The day of the departure is nearing for the boy who inherits the blood of the holy knight. A boat is flying through the skies; from the airship he looks up at the heavens. There, two moons float, the size of one increasing... Why is it reemerging? A new destiny is shaping in the effulgent light of the returned moon.

A true sequel of Final Fantasy IV, Return of the Moon will feature as its protagonist Ceodore, firstborn son of Cecil and Rosa. Takashi Tokita contrived the idea for a series of mobile phone installments during the production of the DS remake. He takes the helm for this project, with no intention of a release outside of Japan.
