In a recent attempt to uncover the truth surrounding the gaming industry's hottest rumor of late, IGN contacted Rare's US division in search of answers. What they came up with, however, is the same fucking information that we've had for the past four months. Regardless, the article has been published for your non-information.

It's quite obvious that the IGN guys involved in this story are very cool and are true insiders. I hope to play more games, get dumber, and become apart of this winning IGN team.

I think Matt and Fran are purposely trying to overexpose this rumor to the point that the Cube IGN readers won't give a shit anymore when Rare actually does leave, thus softening the blow.
