Why does it suck?

Because it just does, gosh darnit!

Well, I'm sure the employees of Enix America think it sucks.

yeah, what Shar said.

Why doesn't it suck? What's the upside to this? I certainly don't see one.

Well, it's the expected (natural) result of the merger. If Square's just publishing Enix's titles for like 2 months, does it make a big deal? I say no. That said, it means Xenosaga will be published by Square. How's that for irony!

Oh, it turns out Enix America wasn't publishing Xenosaga.. thought I read that somewhere. Maybe not. I guess it won't affect any major titles then? Since Star Ocean III or anything won't be here for awhile - not until after the merger anyway.

I thought Namco was publishing Xenosaga.

Maybe you thought so because Star Ocean, Suikoden, Tales of [enter here], Xenosaga, etc. are all lumped together in that niche-game fanboy category.

Are RPGs even niche any more? Judging by all the dumbfucks around I would assume the opposite :P
