• Japanese release for Advent Children slips to 2005

• Before Crisis beta test sees unexpected popularity (because who would want to play a Final Fantasy VII prequel)
  Square-Enix disclosed some problems that have arisen with the beta testing of Before Crisis: Final Fantasy VII. Namely, people can't stop playing it, to the point that the servers are frequently overloaded. According to Square-Enix, there have been over 1.6 million accesses since August 31st. • Square shuts down fan project "Chrono Resurrection"
  The Chrono Trigger Resurrection project, a fan-made demo of what Chrono Trigger may look like in full 3d on a current generation console, has been shut down by Square Enix, states the website. This immediately ends the progress of the project which was looking pretty damn good. Too bad. Good luck to the team with their future projects. Chrono Resurrection project discontinued
