The title will ship on September 14 in two versions, of which the standard one will come at 4800 yen. The "Special" version currently has no price, but may refer to an expanded UMD release on PSP. Additionally, expect new screens in next week's Weekly Jump magazine, of which we'll obviously have scans faster than a speeding bullet (how's that for two superhero references in one article!).
