Takahito Eguchi (江口 貴勅)

Music Arranger

Takahito Eguchi is a game music composer and arranger. He attended the Shobi Academy of Music in Tokyo with game music collaborator Noriko Matsueda, and worked with her on game soundtracks for Square between the years of 1995 and 2003. His musical influences include Igor Stravinsky, Leonard Bernstein, and Miles Davis.

His game music projects include arrangements for Bahamut Lagoon and compositions found in Racing Lagoon and The Bouncer. In 2003, after mastering the score to Final Fantasy X-2, the musician left Square Enix to become a freelancer, and contributed background music for the televised anime program D・N・ANGEL.
