Version Information
Final Fantasy Anthology is a compilation of the PlayStation remakes of Final Fantasy V and Final Fantasy VI.Final Fantasy Collection, which also includes the Playstation remake of Final Fantasy IV, is the Japanese equivalent of Final Fantasy Anthology.
The European version of Final Fantasy Anthology includes IV and V.

- E3 2007 - Square Enix to bring online store stateside
In addition to its E3 lineup announcement, Square Enix has revealed its scheme to open a North American online store. Square Enix, as a self-described "premiere [maker] of high end-collectibles" plans to stock a multitude of "popular and hard-to-find items" including Master Arms, Play Arts, and Mechanical Arts spanning various series, from Final Fantasy to Kingdom Hearts. Clearly, Square Enix has seen that someone, somewhere is making money selling its products. The immediate consequence will likely find many third-party vendors competing for profits with Square Enix itself. The Online Store
- Six Square titles to Greatest Hits
Square-Enix has announced the committal of six titles that will, by December, be available for Sony's Greatest Hits line of discount titles under $20. The games now included are Final Fantasy X, Kingdom Hearts, Xenogears, Vagrant Story, and Final Fantasys Anthology and Chronicles. - Final Fantasy Anthology incompatible with PS2
PS2.IGN reports that Final Fantasy Anthology is one of only nine PlayStation titles incompatible with PlayStation 2. - Final Fantasy Anthology Release Tomorrow?
