Enix America first casualty of Square-Enix merger

Enix America operations were halted and shut down yesterday as a result of the pending Square-Enix merger this April. Square will assume all Enix publishing duties in North America for the time being.

If Square's just publishing Enix's titles for like 2 months, does it make a big deal? I say no. That said, it means Xenosaga will be published by Square. How's that for irony!

I guess it won't affect any major titles then? Since Star Ocean III or anything won't be here for awhile - not until after the merger anyway.
