Wat? |

"Valkyrie Profile titles trademarked in US"
fixed. |

It's fine as is. The term was meant to be generic and the body misleads nothing. A little eager to catch a mistake, perhaps, seeing as how you seem to have registered just for that purpose? |
|
Not to catch a mistake, but to inform. Don't take critiques as insults. It could have been a typo and people would have understood what it meant, but its still a mistake that people notice. |

Don't assume I took what you said as an insult. You make what you wrote out to be benign, but to offer a correction and then state "fixed" as though you dabble in omniscience and supreme verity seems nothing but extremely arrogant to me. That is all. |

Pure hilarity. |

wtf ziyad, chill out. "fixed" is just a standard forum posting phrase. And he's right, it's a trademark, not a patent, which is a pretty significant difference -- be glad we get someone who actually knows that on the site for a change rather than the average goofballs (like that guy who said he was confused by the amount of text in the article). |

Im confused by your amount of text, Rahulio |

I am willfully ignorant of IP, but this document is useful for understanding legal definitions of patent, trademark, and copyright:
To use another crappy 4chan meme, "if it's on the internets then it must be real" |
